outstanding coffee is the result of the new micro-mill revolution taking
root in Costa Rica. In contrast to the muddled, non-descript coffees
that have been coming out of Costa Rica’s huge regional mills
lately, this Helsar de Zarcero shows what a couple very determined growers
can do when they build a small, efficient mill to process meticulously
grown Villalobos, Caturra and Cattuai coffee cherries. Ricardo Perez
and Marvin Rodriguez’s coffee is perfectly balanced, sweet and
clean with a taste of orange peel and caramel in the cup. Get it now,
as we have a very limited supply. Small is beautiful!
