We don’t introduce new blends very often. For us, a blend has to achieve something that even a standout single origin coffee cannot. In the case of our new espresso blend No. 9, we finesse two (sometimes three) great coffees to give us something greater than the sum of their parts. When dialed in as a liberally-dosed but short-pulled shot, No. 9 will offer up milk chocolate-tinged sweetness, everlasting and heavy body, and a clean pleasing finish. In milk, No. 9 retains a solid presence, with flavors turning more towards caramel or toffee.
