Don Tony likes to rise early in the morning to peruse his coffee plants high on the hillsides of Volcancito and talk to them. You’ll be convinced that this is not a one way conversation when you try this coffee, which is grown at 1700 meters, harvested fully ripe and carefully dried on African-style raised beds. In the cup it achieves a nearly perfect balance of brightness and body, with notes of cocoa and ripe plum. Don Pepe Estate is a regular top ten finisher in the esteemed Best of Panama competition.
