The Elida Estate is one of the highest coffee farms in Panama where half of its farm is located within the Volcan Baru National Park, a protected ecological reserve and sanctuary for exotic plants, birds and mammals. Low temperatures, young volcanic soil, and lots of moisture extend the ripening time of this coffee and allows for a more distinguished cup.
