is easy! We require a VISA or Master Card for all retail purchases.
Please call (toll-free) at 800-675-3599 to set up your account on
credit card terms. Once your account is set up you may place
your order via phone or e-mail, and it will ship the next business
day.

If you have never ordered from us before, we will need your name,
shipping address and a phone number (all will be kept confidential).
2) Next, tell us which coffees you would like and how much. We sell
in half and whole pound increments.
3) Then, tell us if you would like your coffee in whole bean or ground.
We strongly recommend buying whole bean and grinding it yourself just
before brewing. If you must have it ground, however, tell us what
type of brewing system we should grind it for: French press, cone-shaped
filter brewed, flat-bottom-shaped filter brewed or espresso.
When we receive your order, we'll roast it that night and ship it
via UPS (standard ground).
If you like, we can also set up a standing order for you based on
